What photos do I need to take?

Take clear, well-lit photos of the affected area.
Make sure the entire damp patch or wall section is visible — ideally from about 1 metre away. If possible, include nearby skirting boards or windowsills to help the AI understand context.

How accurate is the AI?

ur AI model is trained on thousands of real damp and mould cases from UK homes.
It currently achieves over 90% accuracy in detecting the type of damp (e.g., rising, penetrating, or condensation-related).
Each report also includes a confidence score, so you know how reliable the result is.

What if I have multiple damp areas?

You can upload separate photos for each area.
The AI will analyse them individually and generate a diagnosis for each one — no need to combine them into one image.

Do you share my data?

No. Your photos and reports are 100% private.
We don’t share your data with third parties — ever.
Images are securely processed for analysis and then deleted within 30 days.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If your results are unclear or you’re not satisfied with the AI diagnosis, simply contact our support team within 7 days and we’ll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

What happens after I get my diagnosis?

You’ll receive a detailed AI Damp Report outlining:

- The likely type and cause of damp
- Recommended next steps
- Confidence level of the analysis

You can then use this report to decide whether to take DIY action, contact a professional, or provide evidence to a landlord or insurer.
